This past weekend was Florida DrupalCamp and it was the best yet (which is a tall order)! We had a full day of training on Friday, full day of sessions on Saturday, and Sunday was split between sessions and contributions.
The highlight of the weekend is always the afterparty. I’ll let the pics speak for themselves 😀
Sunday’s contribution room was packed. The highlight for me was mentoring several folks to get their first Drupal core contributions!
- New Drupal devs Fransheska-tula and jinah fixed an issue between Olivero’s mobile menu and the new Navigation module
- Drupal Association staff member Jitka Pilar fixed an issue with Drupal’s robots.txt
- While not brand new, FLDC’s own capysara removed some deprecated code from the datetime module
It was a blast, and we’ll be doing it again next year! Plan on it~

Seriously... I really like it when people let me know their thoughts and that they've read this.
Another great event! I was sad I had to leave so early on Sunday. Looking forward to seeing folks in Chicago in a few weeks!
